DOSA BATTER (Original 32 oz)

Dosa batter is a ready-to-pour stone-ground and fermented pancake, waffle, and crepe batter. It’s naturally gluten-free, sugar-free, fat-free, and vegan: an authentic recipe people have been enjoying for centuries. Dosas are endlessly versatile, inarguably delicious, and fun to eat. A dosa waffle with butter and maple syrup is a gateway dosa (so easy to make), but if you can put it between two slices of bread, you can wrap it into a dosa!

Sambar is a stew made of lentils, vegetables, tangy tamarind, and a host of savory spices. It’s South India’s famously flavorful comfort food. Serve it as a traditional dosa dipping accompaniment or over rice to make it a meal, like millions of Indians do every day.
